I have always felt that women should have a choice as to where and how to give birth.  By offering the women in the Tulsa and surrounding areas the Midwifery Model of Care they can now do so.  I offer complete prenatal care, the birth, and postpartum care.

Some of the options with homebirth, include continuity of care with your midwife, family participation, water birth, and VBAC's.

Midwives and assistants are dedicated to informed choices and safe, gentle birth for you and your baby.

Philosophy  My philosophy on childbirth has always been very simple, "I believe God made women to have babies", and most of the time this can be achieved with good prenatal care and a good support team for the mom and family.  Statistics show approximately 85% of all birth are uncomplicated deliveries, and another 5% of all births can be managed safely with a skilled midwife in attendance.  I also believe the most important skill a midwife must learn is the ability to determine her own limitations so she can provide families with the safest birth possible, while protecting the normalcy of birth and providing personalized family-center care.

    Newborns are sensitive, intelligent human beings, who deserve gentleness, consideration and loving arms.  I am firmly committed to helping achieve this.
